Seems like I'm the only Turbo nutter in a city of 2 million. Would be cool to know if there are more of us and where. I'll continue modifing this post as it goes.

So here's the count, 4.5:
Maggotbreath, Vancouver.
ToeCutter, Montreal.
TGSXR, ? somewhere in the middle  Grin edit Saskatoon.
Ultabandit, Montreal. The first Canuck!

I'm in Champlain Heights.Boundary rd/49th ave.
So not to far from your placeSmileyI'm not running a turbo yet I'm still in the planning stage.
I've found a Mitsubishi TD-04 oem 940 volvo turbo are these any good?
Another thing is the header set up since I'm not the best welder I need to buy or ask someone to help me to weld something up.Warpspeedracing can help me out but he is in the UK so I have to think about that as well.
My bike is a 93 gsxr750 with a RF900 engine that have had a lot of work done to it.I'm getting ready to open it up and reassemble with lots of fun partsSmiley
Until I figure out the turbo set up I can't build it up again though.
Let me know if you know someone who is handy with a welder  Wink

Hey Sonic, Very cool, you're only about 10 min from my place!

I'll forgive you for your WC beast due to you're Turbo addiction  Wink  In Fact there's some opinions that the WC motors are stronger than the OC ones.

I'm not a WC expert but I do believe you got a few paths to take. Turbo your 750. Turbo 750 with a 11 crank and top end( im a numpty on that). Drop a 11 turbo in your rolling chassis. My limited knowledge of WC''s says go for the last option.

As for help with the exhaust/header?  Or for any thing else PM me, no problem!

Cheers,
Maggotreath

Another 'Canuck' turbo owner here, (Medicine Hat, Alberta) although I haven't got it together yet, I do have a complete brand new Mr.Turbo draw through system, with a Garrett turbo, HSR42, etc. that is suppose to go onto my '81 GS1100E project. This project has been taking so long, I don't know when I'll get this thing done, and I've actually had thoughts of selling the system? Maybe I will, but maybe not? I can't decide.
Also last season I drag raced a turbo Hayabusa. WOW! That thing was exciting (and frustrating). That 'Busa definately got me the turbo addiction! Thats why I can't come to terms of selling my Mr.Turbo system. The old GS would be pretty cool with it.
Hey Sonic and Maggotbreath, being in Van, do you guys ever get out to the CMDRA bike drags in Mission? I'm usually always out for those events, and lately I have been racing my old Katana, pretty much the only old-skooler in a sea of plastic rockets in the 'street' class.

Here's the Kat I've been racing;
